Double Button Pro is a fixation system designed for syndesmosis and acromioclavicular (AC) joint procedures, suitable for both arthroscopic and open surgeries with plate fixation.

The system includes a 12 mm straight button and 6 mm, 8 mm, or 10 mm round button options.

Its main advantage is the single-instrument application technique, eliminating the need for a separate passing pin. After preparing the bone tunnel with a 3.8–4.2 mm drill, the straight button is deployed using the trigger mechanism. The round button is then positioned by alternating tension on the suture limbs, followed by knot tying and cutting.
